Get into the Florida APE for FREE:

The show needs your games! Florida APE's success is dependant on collectors bringing their own games. Got a game you want to show-off to fellow collectors as well as the general public? Please consider in being an integral part of making it the best show ever!

You simply register the game(s) you would like to bring by sending us an Email with your name, complete contact information, and what games you are planning to bring.

People who bring their games to be placed on Freeplay until the end of the show earn FREE all-access everyday admittance. See below for more details.

Terms
  • Due to venue limitations, all games cannot have a total width of over 3' and a total length over 6'.  Oversized games (Racers, Cockpits, Bowlers, Shuffle Alleys) are welcome into the venue as long as they can be disassembled into separate sections  that are within specification.
  • Games must be delivered to the facility ready for staging, anytime starting 02/2012. Stragglers are OK to deliver their games on 02/10, but please try to deliver your games before or after normal show hours.

  • Games must be in good working, safe, and clean conditions. Nothing pristine and perfect is expected, but they have to be presentable and playable.

  • Games must be set on Freeplay, or at least the game owners be close by to replenish credits. Don't know how to set a specific machine on Freeplay? Email us and we can help.

  • Games must be on the floor and in service until 3pm Sunday 02/19, in which Exhibitors will be allowed to remove their equipment. There are no exceptions, unless there is an emergency, in which something can be worked out.

  • "For Sale" signage can be placed on the machine to make a silent sale. It is up to you to inform buyers that the game cannot leave the floor until Sunday at 3pm.

  • Games must have the owner's contact information displayed somewhere on the machines. A business card or any small signage underneath the glass is just fine.

  • Game owners will be responsible for the supervision of their games during normal show hours. If you cannot be around your machine for a certain period of time, please hand the machine key(s) to the Keymaster.

Local Equipment Pick-up and Delivery

To ease the burden with equipment hauling, Pinwerks will provide this service to all Metro-Dade, Broward, and WPB game owners. They will help haul and stage your equipment with a collectors' attitude in mind. No rough-necking! All is asked, is that the game(s) be prepared for the transit. Pinwerks will also provide game breakdown and delivery services right back to your home or storage. If interested in these services, let us know when registering to receive more details.

Temporary Storage

We will provide space within the facility to temporarily store your equipment starting 02/01. Come by and drop the machines off anytime. Would you like to pick up your equipment at a later time? We will also allow games to accommodate within the facility up to 1 week after the show. The entire complex alone has 24-hour security, so no worries there.

Staging

Starting on 02/08, registered machines will be staged according to a pre-determined layout as they are received.

Technician Services

Pinwerks will be available to make fixes to troubled machines during normal show hours, if so requested, all free of charge. Granted, we advice that all games brought to the show be in good working conditions, but should there be some trouble (and it will happen), Piinwerks will be there to assist you in whatever means necessary to bring your game back to service.
