ON LOCATION SERVICE RATES: I will only charge a flat fee (non-hourly) of $90.00* on one non-warranty visit. This charge will include the time to service your game (0-4 hours), and the driving mileage. It does not include parts that have been or may have to be ordered. Prior to my initial visit, please contact me and prepare to discuss the following: 1.) Name of game and what is exactly wrong with it. Please, be detailed. 2.) Do you have keys to all the locks in the game? 3.) Do you have documentation for the game? My goal is to have your game up and running on my initial visit. However, there are those occasions that will require me to order a game-specific part, or will have me take a part or assembly to my shop to work with. Shop charge will be $65.00 for an electronics board repair or upgrade. A subsequent trip will be needed to install and test, but I will only charge $40*. Customer pays all applicable invoices for parts ordered. *An extra charge will be added if customer is beyond my service area. |
